The mod known as the Skyrim Misc Patches Collection (aka USKP_Addon) is not an approved extension and does not have the support of the Unofficial Patch Project. It's author has decided to make some deeply subjective design changes to the game and has chosen to market in such a way as to make it seem as though our project approves of its existence. We do not. This mod is not only full of subjective game design changes but also contains poorly implemented replacements for several fixes we've already made that in turn generate conflicts in the game and can even lead to save game corruption.
[-]Q: But is this a patch of a patch? Why it's not merged into the USKP itself?
A: No, this covers other fixes.
It's called 'USKP addon' and it's not strictly related to the USKP project though it was born as a small USKP mod-fix in the beginning... I know USKP project well and I was a supporter of the UPTeam initiative so this one is carefully made to not overlap the same patches, when they are properly fixed by the USKP already. As you can read from the changelog, some fixes I implemented were added later to the USKP (some are my own fixes, it's not a coincidence), and for this reason I removed them from this mod. This makes USKP + USKP addon complementary but separate projects. I'm not looking for glory or endorsements, I don't care. Just for a (almost) bugless Skyrim. This patch is perfectly stable and carefully tested and does not include running scripts that may cause game corruption.[/-]
You've read something bad about this mod? Just b*****ts.
But if you find bugs or have some specific requests I'm always here, don't hesitate! ;-)
Best I can offer for now is to make sure SMPC is loading directly behind the USKP. If that doesn't help the situation, then uninstall it - but be aware that doing so will have a negative impact on certain sound based traps due to changes SMPC made to the activator definitions and scripts.
No prob uninstalling this since there are no special background running scripts whatsoever so it's totally safe (but you have to consider currently running quest/scripts when you remove any mod as a general rule with Skyrim...).
SMPC patches safes adding sound in the animation but you must have BSA in place that contains 2 new samples too. If the game can't find those files it will crash of course. Please check with TES5Edit the current conflicts you have with all your currently installed mod list. My patched safes are in the Container and Sound descriptor nodes for a comparison...
My advice: don't rely upon some mod managers or BOSS as they are no real mod-conflicts troubleshooting tools and are usually based on simple plain databases to decide loading order but I'm not a expert since I do everything manually and never used them so may be wrong...

Then i´ve loaded my kind of vanilla savegame only with USKP, SMPC translated (RFYL didn´t matter for Aringoths safe). I used console to go to the safe and guess what, it crashed after picking up the content/closed the safe.
Then i´ve loaded my kind of vanilla savegame only with USKP, SMPC original 1.31b. I did the same procedere again and guess what, no crash.
Then i´ve loaded my normal savegame when i was in Goldenglow Estate only with USKP, SMPC original 1.31b. I did the same procedere again and guess what, no crash.
Then i´ve loaded my normal savegame when i was in Goldenglow Estate with all of my mods together and SMPC original 1.31b. I did the same procedere again and guess what, no crash.
