You can find them a Jensine's Merchandise for a low price.

Only female is available at the moment.

They are equipped to the amulet slot (I don't use amulets much)

I have included a PSD file. If you have photoshop, with Nvidia DDS plugin, and would like to customize your own neckerchief do the following:


-open the PSD (photoshop file)

- change the color of the red colored square to whatever you like

-flatten it,

-Save it to Data/textures/clothes/Neckerchiefs/

- It must be named as an existing scarf texture ie: scarfred.dds

-When you buy the red scarf it will now be your own custom color or pattern

2. Installing and Requirements
==============================

Install:

-Extract to Oblivion data folder

-Activate the esp in OBMM, or whatever you prefer

Uninstall:

-Remove files (paying attention to folder structure in 7z archive) The files are in the following locations:

Data/Meshes/Clothes/Neckerchiefs
Data/Textures/Clothes/Neckerchiefs
Data/Textures/Menus/Icons/Clothes/Neckerchiefs

-Deactivate the esp

For some of the Vanilla clothing the neckerchiefs might not appear.

If you have Wrye bash installed, you might want to tick Armor shows amulets. (note: the neckerchiefs will clip if the armor has a high neck line.)
