- New spell: Adept - Shock Nova (deals major damage to nearby enemies).
- New spell: Master - Greater Scorpion (if undetected, deal 6 damage per Destruction skill level after 8 seconds).
- Greater runes: Now also restore 2 health, stamina or magicka per target level for each target hit.
- Destructive Cantrip: Reduced Destruction skill scaling from 30% to 25%.
- Frost Nova: Rebalanced damage to 20 and +60 edge damage.
- Glacial Spike: Increased backstab damage from 130 to 140.
- Meteor: Increased damage from 100 to 105 and slightly increased delay between hits if dual cast.
- Rain of Fire: When dual cast, now drops more fireballs and affects a larger radius, on top of the increased duration.

See No Evil- Reworked: See No Evil (now makes the target ignore crimes against others for a short time).
- Cloak of Mimicry: Reduced experience gain for standing near people doing nothing.
- Dominus: No longer erroneously affects non-illusion spells with a fear component.
- Enthralling Music: Now correctly does not work on non-humanoids without the Master of the Mind perk; now only works on non-hostile targets.
- Geas Rune: No longer considered a hostile spell.
