Natural Environment Color Override
by klump
Version 0.2
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What does it do?
----------------
This plugin tries to find a more natural balance between Oblivions often too cold images and NEs too yellow and/or too warm colors. Of course all beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, but in my opinion this is the most balanced color-scheme so far.
Works with or without Natural Environments. Without NE you won´t get the extra weather types of Natural Environment, but the color changes work exactly as shown in the screenshots.
Changes the colors of some NE weather types to reduce the yellow tint problem. Also generally desaturates some weather types.
This is most useful for those with HDR enabled, since the yellow tint is much stronger with HDR. But it enhances the non-HDR-version as well.
Installation without Natural Environments
--------------------------------------
Just copy the esp to Oblivion\Data folder and activate it in the launcher
Installation with Natural Environments
--------------------------------------
You can use any 2.x version, even Non-HDR, but this is untested.
If you don´t have Natural Environments installed, download it, install and activate
both NE and this plugin. Thats´s it.
If you already have NE installed, best practice would be to deactivate it, create a
new savegame without NE, then activate both NE and NECO, then load your newly created
savegame.
To take effect, this plugin must be loaded after NE, because it overrides
some values defined by NE. Any reported conflicts with NE are perfectly normal!
The filedate is set to the year 2099, so the plugin will be loaded after NE
automatically.
